Panaya Kindergarten at Phatthanakarn
was founded in May 21st 2001 with the devotion to provide the best
education to its students at the pre-school levels. The
kindergarten's infrastructures and classrooms reflect the visions of
the proprietor who has 33 years of teaching experiences and the deep
understanding of the children's needs. The kindergarten also
provides the state of-the-art teaching medium and media centers such
as computer room, music room, drama room, indoor gymnasium, and a
standard swimming pool.
At Panaya, our teaching methods derive from our concerns for the students' performance and achievements. Panaya' s curriculum includes introduction to basic Mathematics, and logical reasoning that emphasize analytical skills. We are committed to help a child to develop as a whole person and to become a responsible citizen through music, art, basic sciences, and social studies. English language is taught through the emphasis on the four-key communication skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. We have introduced the newly developed teaching methods such as "Story-line Method, Project Approach" and "Whole Language" to encourage students' involvement with the teaching materials.
At Panaya, we recognize that we live in the world of advance technology where English are the most important means of communication. We are confident that the bilingual (Thai-English) education at the kindergarten level is necessary to prepare students for the future academic careers. Here at Panaya, bilingual classes are taught by highly qualified, experienced native English speaking teaching staff. The Bilingual curriculum at Panaya are developed for students to be surrounded by the environment that encourages them to use English as the mean of communication while at school and home.
